AUTOMATIVE PRODUCTION LINE
To enhance the quality and efficiency of our products, our company makes continuous investments in the introduction, implementation, and upgrading of automated production lines. We are always striving to improve the level of automation. At present, our company has five fully automatic universal motor production lines that are capable of producing rotors, stators, and the final assembly. We also have one fully automatic shaded pole motor line and one automatic BLDC motor line, along with eight other semi-automatic lines. Our product range includes universal motors, gear reduction motors, BLDC motors, PMDC motors, AC induction motors, and Shaded pole motors.
Our production lines are designed to achieve a high level of human-machine integration. Through continuous exploration and optimization, we have been able to ensure consistency in product quality and efficient production. Our approach has been highly appreciated by our customers. Our company has a high degree of automation, which has resulted in stable production capacity. We are capable of producing over 1 million units per month.
Process Control
Improving the process level not only enhances production efficiency but also improves product quality and reduces production costs. At our company, we give utmost importance to the management of production processes and have established a dedicated equipment and process department. We consider the rationality of product processes and equipment compatibility during the design phase and control them right from the source. We have continuously accumulated and refined our processes and strive for excellence. Currently, we have developed the following core process management capabilities:
Winding Structure
Adopt plastic winding bracket to realized stator assembly automation, improve efficiency.
Automatic Glue Injection
Quntify glue injection, secure connection, enchance efficiency.
Automatic Carbon Brush Assembly
Adopt upgraded machine to realized carbon brush assembly automation, enchance efficiency.
